Creating Caring Relationships with Kids

Our Values:

  • We value education and its role in helping each of us to become renewed, resilient, and skilled to overcome whatever obstacles and difficulties we each face. We embrace a growth mindset approach to everything we do.
  • We value life, for all life and every person has a unique purpose. Every person is needed.
  • We value involvement, as everyone should be encouraged to help others and make a difference as they are able to.
  • We value compassion, as it sees a need and moves us to action.
  • We value integrity as it builds trust and character to do the right thing regardless of others noticing.
  • We value mercy, as it is undeserved, because we all need a second chance at times.
  • We value boundaries, for healthy boundaries keeps us from enabling poor choices in others and helps keep us healthy so that we can give the best of ourselves, at our discretion, to others.
  • We value mentoring as the more experienced pave the way for the less experienced in skills and in life.
  • We value stewardship because without careful stewardship, resources and time could be wasted.
  • We value free will and everyone has the right to choose their own beliefs and what their relationship with their creator looks like. We serve a myriad of people from different beliefs including atheism. We stand against forms of manipulation.
  • We value curiosity and diving into difficult questions, seeking out answers from God’s Word and rhema from His Holy Spirit. We learn more every day.
  • And most of all, we value our Lord Jesus Christ, for without Him, Stacy Just would not be alive today.
